Our Story

Started by three engineers who were tired of bad paperwork

Lotus Property was founded in 2013 in Hyderabad by a small team of civil engineers who had watched too many families get burned by unclear titles and unfinished promises. We started with a single residential block in Kokapet — fully documented, delivered on time, no surprises.

That project became a reputation, and the reputation became a company. Today we work across residential apartments, commercial addresses, gated villas, open plots and long-term land investments — but the founding rule hasn't changed: if we wouldn't buy it ourselves, we don't build it.
